Purna believes in enjoying every
movement and in bringing awareness to our body and breath, honouring our
uniqueness while joyfully
discovering and experiencing our true Self.
Yoga is a celebration to who you are… a path to uncovering
and reconnecting with your inner guidance.
Nowadays, there seems to be many
different types of Yoga. But Yoga is Yoga… and it’s simply a Science to reach
your highest Self and to become aware of the present moment.
Purna has deep reverence and gratitude to her Yoga lineage and teachers:
-
Sadhvi Abha Saraswati (Mataji) -disciple
of H.H. Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji-, Indu
Sharma and Bhavini Kalan. They shared with Purna the beautiful knowledge of Ancient Hatha Yoga and
Flow Yoga at the bank of the river Ganges in Rishikesh (India), the
Yoga Capital of the World!
-
Swami Govindananda, Swami
Tattvarupananda Saraswati and Ishwara Martin. With them Purna deepened her
experience receiving the teachings from the loving Masters Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda in
the beautiful city of Madurai in India. |

Purna is a Certified Yoga Teacher from Parmarth Niketan and from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, with the internationally recognised certificate of Yoga Siromani. She holds a
Public Liability Insurance.
People come to yoga for various
reasons, for example to improve their physical health, strength or their
flexibility, to relax, to relieve stress, to calm their mind, to feel more peaceful - and others come along just to find out
what it is all about. For whatever reason it is, Yoga is about finding your own
space and following your own path. | |
