1-to-1 & 1-to-2 Sessions

For centuries Yoga was taught as a one on one practice, from Guru to student or in very small groups. There are many benefits of having personalised lessons:

They take into account your specific needs, injuries or health concerns
The practice takes into account your specific pace
Focus on your particular goals, e.g. flexibility
You want to target specific body areas, e.g. hips
Are an ideal way to further your practice
Are arranged at a time that works with your schedule

Purna is available for these sessions either at her own place in Central London or at your own home (Central London). Currently these sessions are mainly intended for women or for couples (woman / man or 2 women).

Purna believes that you already have within you everything you need to shine and be well. For one or another reason, we may come out of harmony and our well-being is impacted. Some of the specific issues that can be improved through Yoga are:

1 and a half hour sessions or 2 hrs. sessions can also be arranged.

A 15% discount applies when 10 sessions are booked. For this discounted price to take place, the total price needs to be paid up front.

Preferred payment method is PayPal. Cash, cheque or bank transfers are also accepted. Payments should be made before starting the session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and appointment changes may be made without charge as long as a clear 24 hours notice is given. However, for any cancellation or appointment changes made with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee is payable.
