The Magic of Yoga

Yoga is the oldest Science of Life and the oldest Personal Development System in the world. It originated in India many thousands of years ago. It is a practical way of life that brings our mind, body and soul into balance. The first yogis discovered how to live in harmony with themselves and their environment.

 
Anyone can practice Yoga, no matter their age, condition or religion, young or old, sick or fit.
 
 
Yoga includes:
  • Asanas (postures) to control physical pain, gain flexibility, release tension, liberate vast resources of energy and remain youthful. Asanas stretch and tone the muscles, joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system. This includes working as well on the internal organs, glands and nerves, keeping all systems in radiant health.
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises) to control emotional pain and revitalise the body, bringing calmness and leaving you refreshed. The main direct benefit is the control of the mind and when you control the mind you can achieve anything you want.
